These terms apply to your use of usajobsassistant.com. By using USAJobsAssistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload documents or use the resume-check service.

What the service does

USAJobsAssistant helps you compare resume information with a job announcement and prepare an improvement report. Not affiliated with USAJOBS, OPM, or any federal agency. It does not submit applications, make official eligibility determinations, or guarantee interviews, employment, or any hiring outcome.

Your information and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You authorize us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to store and process it to provide the service. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Keep access to your sign-in email secure.

Do not upload classified information, Social Security numbers, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Do not use the service to fabricate qualifications, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious files, bypass access controls or usage limits, or interfere with the service.

AI output requires your review

Analysis and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpret an announcement. Check every factual statement, qualification, and suggested change before using a report. You are responsible for your final resume and application. The hiring agency’s announcement and instructions govern its application process.

Availability, allowances, and saved work

The current service allows two free completed checks per account in total, with up to two answer rounds per check. There is no weekly or monthly reset. Expiry or deletion of a completed check does not restore its allowance. Availability and features may change or be interrupted. We may restrict access to address misuse or security issues.

Checks expire seven days after creation. Download reports you want to keep before they expire. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion, including uploaded file cleanup and provider retention.

Service limitations

The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular application. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
